PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MEETING

Wednesday, November 8th, 2017

TOPIC: “Accomplishing Your Vision by Knowing Your Why”

SPEAKER:  Carey Mason

Location: Millennium Harvest House Boulder

Join us as Carey presents “Accomplishing Your Vision by Knowing Your Why?”  There are thousands of books available today on goal setting, envisioning and strategic planning.  In this interactive session, Carey will share some insights and techniques guaranteed to help any procrastinator achiever their vision or accomplish their goals by using a simple, easy to follow step by step process.  Participants will learn the process and receive tools they can use for accomplishing both personal and professional goals.

Carey Mason is a successful “in-house entrepreneur,” experienced senior executive and business coach who facilitates advisory group meetings for business owners and CEOs in Northern Colorado. His human capital management background includes strategic planning, product development, marketing, sales, operations, service, business coaching, international markets and leadership development working with startups, mid-sized and global Fortune 100 companies.

With more than three decades of experience working in the human capital management arena, Carey has developed, sold and serviced a variety of outsourcing products and services that supported the most key component of any business…the employees who support it. Carey is the CEO of The Alternative Board – Northern Colorado, coaching business owners to work on their business rather than work in their business.

An avid supporter of non-profit organizations, Carey is an active board member for Boulder County CareConnect, Americas for Conservation + the Arts and Fertile Ground. Carey received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University.  A self-proclaimed “perpetual learner,” Carey recently received a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University.
