Join us as Carey speaks on Talent Management. Over the last few decades, the concepts of upward mobility, lifetime employment and guaranteed retirement benefits are no longer givens as the rapidly changing global job market challenge the traditional compact between employers and employees. This interactive presentation will discuss how talent management tools can be successfully leveraged to ensure that both employers and employees maximize their time constricted relationship from “recruitment through resolution” and in-between.

Carey Mason is a successful “in-house entrepreneur,” experienced senior executive and business coach, facilitates advisory group meetings for business owners and CEOs in Northern Colorado. His human capital management background includes strategic planning, product development, marketing, sales, operations, service, business coaching, international markets and leadership development working with startups, mid-sized and global Fortune 100 companies.

With more than three decades of experience working in the human capital management arena, Carey developed, sold and serviced a variety of outsourcing products and services that supported the most key component of any business…the employees who support it. Carey is the CEO of The Alternative Board – Northern Colorado, working with business owners to address business opportunities, challenges and issues.

An avid supporter of non-profit organizations, Carey is an active board member for the Los Angeles Urban League, Boulder County CareConnect and Americas for Conservation + the Arts. Carey received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University. A self-proclaimed “perpetual learner,” Carey recently received a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University.
