According to Marcus Lemonis “Business success is about the three P’s: People, Process and Product”.  Ryan Coniam and Jason Collier of Visser Precision Cast will present on the three P’s for Visser Precision Cast, as it relates to developing advanced manufacturing technologies, a dynamic team culture based on excellence, and systems and processes that support their goal to become the best supplier of premium precision components and assemblies, and a top employer of choice. 

Ryan Coniam is the President of Visser Precision Cast, a premium precision components manufacturer with Machining, Additive, and Amorphous Metal Casting capabilities.  He has strong and proven mechanical capabilities and an advanced degree in engineering.  Ryan has proven leadership and business experience ranging from Crew Chief for NASCAR race teams, to starting, then selling, his own custom fabrication and machining company, to developing Visser Precision Cast from the ground up with the precision machining, additive, and amorphous casting capabilities it has today.

Jason Collier is the VP of Operations of Visser Precision Cast.  He has an MBA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Bronze Certification, and is completing his Masters in Engineering Management through CU Boulder.  Jason has over 23 years experience in manufacturing and operations and 17 years in process improvement.  He has worked in a variety of positions and roles, successfully facilitating or leading operational and Lean Six Sigma efforts in areas of production, engineering, office, and IT across a variety of industries in advanced manufacturing.

Together, their experience and insight promise to provide an interesting roadmap of their journey to date, and of where they plan to go and how they plan to get there.
