Sadly, most people feel inept and uncomfortable addressing conflict. This engaging presentation will help participants:
• Make a mind-set shift to better address conflict,
• Avoid the 3 "universal hot buttons" that often spark conflict, and
• Apply the power of "honorable first responses" to reduce conflict.
Imagine the freedom and power you would have if you were one of the relatively few people who willingly and effectively address conflict so that you can gain resolution and move on to other important issues and activities.

Gregg is the owner and president of Leader’s Edge Consulting, which helps people on leadership teams, departments and boards work together for greater success and satisfaction. Sometimes that means helping clients resolve personal conflicts. His clients include Hewlett-Packard, the U.S. Marines, 35 municipalities and many other private and public organizations large and small. He is also a published author, nationwide speaker and personal coach. He also had "brief" stints as a movie actor, rodeo bull rider and Denver Bronco wide receiver … but that’s another story.
