Lindsay Vollmar is a supply chain and operations leader with 13+ years of experience supporting high-growth organizations (ex. SpaceX, Rivian) where products, priorities, and plans are constantly evolving. She has led S&OP and planning efforts in environments marked by rapid design change, aggressive ramps, and real customer commitments. Lindsay brings a practitioner’s perspective to the challenges traditional S&OP faces in high-change environments, sharing real-world lessons and practical approaches for aligning engineering, operations, and commercial teams without slowing innovation.
