Please note this month's Professional Development Meeting will be held on Wednesday February 13th this will enable members to enjoy Valentines day. APICS Colorado Chapter 81 is "The Real Deal" with quality speakers aimed at building our knowledge of the APICS body of knowledge. This month's speaker is Kim Griffiths, who is the Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence, the state chapter of Baldrige for Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. She will discuss the current state of the Baldrige Enterprise locally and nationally.

February’s PDM is focused on business excellence.  After twenty five years in healthcare and insurance at the senior management level, Kim volunteered with Colorado Performance Excellence (CPEx), initially as an examiner in 2003 and then as a board member and examination team leader in 2005. Currently Kim Griffiths is the Executive Director of CPEx and a member of the Baldrige Enterprise Marketing, Promotion, and Communication Team. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Loretto Heights and a master’s degree in Healthcare Systems from the University of Denver.
